That’s exactly what we delivered at the Café SHEIN FW25 Pop-Up in Parramatta Town Hall, where our Platinum Staffing team supported the brand’s retail activation from the ground up.

Working with We are Komodo – Global Social Agency, we had one clear brief: provide polished, professional staff to help bring the SHEIN experience to life for an action-packed week.

Behind the Scenes of a Buzz-Worthy Pop-Up

This wasn’t just a one-day event. Our team was in-store the weekend before the official launch to assist with stock setup and merchandising — laying the groundwork for what would be a vibrant and high-traffic retail experience.

From May 7 to 11, Parramatta Town Hall was transformed into Café SHEIN — a fashion-forward pop-up experience that drew massive crowds, influencers, and VIPs.

Our team helped set the tone with:

VIP Launch to Public Frenzy

Kicking off with a VIP launch on May 7, the pop-up quickly gained traction. By the final day, SHEIN was encouraging followers to arrive early — the demand was that high.

“Due to overwhelming popularity, we might need to close the line early,” SHEIN posted on Instagram.
